Another negative aspect, the management of bathrobes provided.

Comments and information:

Located away from main roads, and housed in a warehouse in the industrial area of \u200b\u200bPovegliano Veronese,

this Centro Benessere merita comunque una attenta visita.

Tutto il necessario (Accappatoio, asciugamano e ciabatte) viene fornito all'ingresso.
Le zone Massaggi e Sauna si trovano al primo piano, suddivise da un piccolo bar dove è possibile consumare tisane, juices etc.. and where, every afternoon at 17:00, are offered tea and biscuits. In general, all the setting is modern and rational.

Access to the sauna area is via a sliding door, pass it leads to the common rectangular small for the truth, a central bench allows you to consume tea, fruit and fresh water always present to one side of the bench itself, as well as allowing a short rest to the patrons. The feature that is immediately evident is the darkness! The whole environment is in shadow, almost as disturbing is the low brightness. Just to give you an idea, the environment is brighter than the Finnish Sauna!

All around, clockwise, we find:

Turkish Bath: - Very large, I'd be able to accommodate a dozen people stretched out on 2 sets of steps.

Shower spray flavored

Laconicum: - Temperature of 60 °, the octagonal structure can easily accommodate up to 14 people.

shower spray mint-flavored and Kneipp.

Frigidarium + cold bucket

Finnish Sauna: - 90 degrees, very very wide, 20 seats or more.

In a side room, relaxation area, there are a dozen loungers with blankets on.

Notes: - The main feature that differentiates this from other wellness center in the province of Verona, assimilating it to the equivalent structures in Alto Adige, is the prohibition to use the custom in wellness!
course, being Verona, entry is prohibited for persons under 18 years .
But back to us, not just the the € 25 entrance fee, entitling also access the "pool area"; here, along with a small circular whirlpool 4 / 6 places, there is also a pool of hot water, on the whole enjoyable. For those, particularly modest, did not have the costume, are available at the reception slip "disposable" and headphones (obligatory?).
A final point on the visitors: unfortunately, be in the province of Verona (and not in South Tyrol) also has some negative side, if only for the type of customer. Groups of girls and elderly couples in fact, evidently from the local "Bar Sport", loudly put all aware of their problems, desires, plans ... contravention of the "Golden Rule of SILENCE!

Final Considerations: - Objectively, considering the second alternative, I think € 25 are a bit 'too much for a structure certainly interesting, but not as high quality than others. Even the decision to close the center to 19:30 (Monday to Friday) severely limits access to those, many, after a day at work you would spend a couple of hours relaxation. For the latter, myself included, the only access is confined to the weekend.

- Via Unification of Italy, 264 - Verona - (See MAP )

Last Visit: January 2007

Comments and information:

center is a small but friendly and little used, consisting of 90 ° to Finnish Sauna, Tepidarium, Turkish bath and relaxation area. E 'mandatory the use of the cross bar.
The entrance, 20 € in 2007 which entitle the supply of towels, slippers, sleepers, personal locker, takes place through the lobby of the Aesthetic Center. Here, the staff provides everything you need and take you to the floor below, just in the wellness area. There are two changing rooms are single seat, normally more than enough, right in front of the lockers to store their stuff locked.

Hours: - The stay in the wellness area is permitted for a maximum of 3 hours, the closure is scheduled for 20:00, from 19:30 onwards owners begin una "velata" opera di persuasione ed informazione sugli orari di chiusura :-) . La Domenica la struttura è chiusa.

Bagno Turco: - 6/8 posti, debolmente illuminato, comincia a mostrare qualche segno dell'età.

Sauna Finlandese 90°: - 4/5 posti, essenziale.

Tepidarium: - 40/50° 10 posti circa. Inaugurato nel 2006.

Relaxation Zone: - Ten chairs supplied mate, rest better. If you wish to drink, a distributor of hot / cold water you drink and / or prepare a tea for free, or an infusion.

Notes: - Perhaps because of competition begins to bite (2 brand new fitness centers nearby competitors do not go unnoticed, of course), came into force deals which allow access to up to € 17 Throughout the month of February.
Personally, I believe that the 20 € are far too many for the quality of supply.

Comments and information:

Recently opened, the Maya Spa is fully integrated into the broader structure of the Mont Blanc pools and shares input and changing rooms.

The receipt of payment (13 €), to be made to the cashier at the entrance, will be subsequently shown to the staff of the Wellness Center, then keep it handy.

access to wellness area is in a different way to males and females.
For the latter, access is made directly from the changing rooms, through a door that puts them in direct communication.
For males however, after he changed and put their belongings in one of the lockers available (remember to bring with you a small padlock), leads initially to the pool area and from this to True Wellness Center proper. This possibility of direct access to the Wellness Center has the downside that many people can come directly from the pool area Sauna / Turkish Bath / Relaxation, for various reasons such as, for example, ask about prices and schedules, book treatments etc..

The hotel was obviously very small, is composta essenzialmente da:

Sauna Finlandese 90°: - (15 posti a sedere circa)

Bagno Turco: - (10 / 15 posti a sedere circa)

Area Massaggi/Solarium: (prestazioni a pagamento)

Orari: - aperto 7 giorni su 7, con una disponibilità di orario estremamente ampia: Monday to Friday 10-21 and Saturday / Sunday 10-20

INFORMATION EXTRACTED FROM THE WEB SITE --- ---

Regulation Zone Wellness: - Bring , in the pocket dellaccappatoio, the receipt of payment or identification card.
access to machine settings to the wellness area is permitted only to children older than 14 years .
Located inside the locker room and spa area is common PROHIBITED nakedness' : if you do not wear a bathing suit is necessary to cover up with a towel. There is always sits on a own towel (sauna, turkish bath, loungers).
bubble bath and shampoo are used only in the locker room: before entering the spa area is necessary to take a shower with soap, while inside the spa area is not allowed Luso of soap.
Use slippers on the move, go barefoot in sauna and turkish bath.
rings, watches and jewelry should be removed because it can overheat and burn the skin.
so that everyone can relax, you need to keep a low tone of voice, behavior inadequate and does not introduce phones.

Notes and Impressions:
staff, it seemed nice and helpful, excellent initiative to offer a regular glass of warm tea, in addition to the more classic "bottle" of hot and cold water however essential.
The relative youth makes it very livable and enjoyable, with fewer people to contend for the "limited resources".

few negative note, however, is:
As expressed by the staff, the close integration and interaction with the pool "requires" the use of costume, at least in public areas (Showers and Relaxation Zone), and, the need to use the cross to cover themselves in Turkish Bath, Sauna, makes it advisable to have with them, as well all'accappatoio, at least one additional towel on which to relax (unless to want to lay in direct contact with wooden benches, which would surely turn in his grave generations of Nordic Badmaister).
The type of media users can be easily inferred from the fact that many enter the sauna and Turkish bath with his slippers at the foot! This in spite of the regulation described on the website (but not displayed within the premises).
In this regard I have already advised the managers to hang as soon as the alarm on, at least, close to the sauna.

Another negative note, the "infernal racket" coming from the adjacent pool, the very annoying loud music classes for "Water aerobics", which dominates much of any attempt to relax in peace and within the Sauna, that in the "Relaxation Zone."

summary: good initiative, but the result has proved, unfortunately, still far from what you would expect from a real spa.
view of the opening hours, very extensive, it can be regarded as a pleasant diversion, low cost, to switch a couple of hours after a day's work.

Comments and information:

This center is divided in three areas: art café, beauty, spa.
entrance you are in a bar (the art café) style lounge, furnished with dark wood furniture and walls coupled with steel, soft lighting, music and exotic plants, the entry is free as a regular bar .

The entrance to the spa area costs € 20 (but there is the possibility of obtaining various discounts to card clubs and conventions), you enter through the locker room.
dim lights, dark wood or concrete walls and soft music.
Unlike wellness South Tyrol, here is PROHIBITED nudity, one is in a bathrobe or tassattivamente stud and costume! To limit the "damage" the use of a custom nylon environments at 90 ° is allowed to wear cotton underwear. With more than € 2 entrance you can take a bathrobe, a towel, slippers, a disposable mini dress, a cross bar.
Returning to the SPA, you can enjoy a Finnish sauna, Roman sauna, turkish bath, Kneipp pool and whirlpool.
addition, there are two areas with sun beds where you can read, sleep, rest, there is also a small bar with couches that communicates through an opening to the outside bar ..

TURKISH BATH: - A huge great room walls black stone, not molto accogliente a dire il vero e nemmeno molto funzionale, al centro un enorme pilastro nero incupisce inesorabilmente l'animo.

IDROMASSAGGIO: - Vasca in acciaio, molto grande e rettangolare.

Di solito le vasche sono molto più long because the aim is to stimulate blood circulation by walking back and forth from one tank to another.

From this area you can go in the spa where beauty, on appointment and pay extra, you can do massages (shiatsu, traditional lymphatic ...), reiki treatments, beauty (even hair).

Comments and information:

structure, all in all, mediocre. This is a small three-star hotel, just recently renovated (in fact, at the time on this review, it is felt that it had just been reopened, considering the limited presence of guests and the paucity of available personnel).
The structure is a partner of the hotel Schneeberg .

In all about fifty rooms, maybe less, at the time of our visit, very peaceful.

Meals - Sore point, at least for my particular visit, the menu offered for dinner, but also available for lunch, it is absolutely NORMAL. In practice, any traditional dish, or local products, none of this.

wellness area and swimming pool - Like the rest of the Hotel, all new swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna from (6 / 8 seats) and Turkish Bath (4 / 6 places) are all within a single site, located on the lower floor to the road surface. A dozen chairs more or less equally divided between the pool and the immediate vicinity of the sauna and Turkish bath offer a very limited opportunity to relax, especially when children are present. The times, as often happens in similar facilities, provide access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi for the whole day, but Sauna and Turkish Bath are lit in the afternoon. In this hotel, the power plant (manual) is performed to 16:00 (with great difficulty we managed to make us anticipate the power of the Turkish Bath at 14:00 ... but playing with access to the sauna, which is remained off!) Upon visit, there were no warnings or prohibitions of any kind for the admission and use of facilities.

Notes and curiosity - The morning of our restart, after handing the keys to 10:00, as required by the rules of the hotel, we asked them to take advantage of the Wellness for a few hours, in the afternoon, after a brief stay in the area (considering the fact that the hotel was virtually empty anyway). Nothing available to, management informed us that access to non-guests had to pay.

For those interested to stay in the beautiful Jaufental however, would agree perhaps directed at one of the other structures a few hundred meters dall'Alpenhof:
