Stappato lo spumante, passata la sbornia, adesso è arrivato il tempo di riflettere e analizzare questa proposta di legge per capire se veramente è, o no, la pietra tombale sulla petrolizzazione abruzzese.
La proposta di Legge Regionale è stata avanzata dalla Giunta e arriverà in Consiglio probabilmente entro il 15 dicembre, dove potrà essere migliorata ma anche peggiorata.
Ad oggi, quello che abbiamo è un testo che presenta diverse pecche: alcune zone saranno protette ma non tutto l’Abruzzo.
Manca infatti tutta la costa e le zone classificate “sismiche 3”.
