Del progetto Gagliarda ci eravamo occupati nel 2008, producendo le osservazioni alla VIA regionale, e comunque grazie alla mobilitazione di Cantine/Associazioni/Comitati fu tutto bloccato e non venne discusso.
Il pozzo ricade in una zona popolata, con tanto di scuole, abitazioni, vigneti.
